Joe (Jose) E. Griego passed away on Monday, February 28, 2000 in Albuquerque. He is survived by his children, Eustacio Griego, Frank Griego and wife, Mary, Sara Griego and Joe Griego. Jose is survived by 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eustacio Griego and Eufemia Escudero Griego; and son, Jimmy Griego.
