James Gary, 45, made his transition on January 23, 2000 in Phoenix, AZ."Jim" was a former Albuquerque resident who graduated from Manzano High School in 1972 and attended UNM. He graduated from Scottsdale Community College in 1998 in the midst of his battle with cancer. Jim is sorely missed by his mother and step-father, Beverley and Harold Patterson of Mobile, AL; sister, Jana Lee Aspin of Albuquerque; nephew, Jeremy Aspin Schofield; cousins Terri, Tami and Tim of Duluth, MN; and a large community of loving friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Aspin, in 1985. Local services will be held Saturday, July 8 at 1:00 p.m. For directions to the memorial call 898-6823.
