Mr. Manuel"Duke" Lopez died Tuesday in Albuquerque at the age of 51. He is survived by his brothers, Sammy Lopez, Martin Lopez and wife, Sarah, Tony Lopez, and Raymond Lopez; sisters, Mary Ann Bustillos and husband, Alberto, Annie Mae Ortega and husband, Freddy, and Mary Helen Chavez and husband, Agustine. Funeral services for Mr. Lopez will be held on Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Albert Bustillos, Freddy Ortega, Agustine Chavez Sr., Martin Lopez, Agustine Chavez Jr., Timothy Lopez. A Rosary for Mr. Lopez will be recited on Wednesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
