Matthew Montoya Jr. died Thursday in Albuquerque at the age of 27. Matthew is survived by his father, Matthew Montoya Sr.; mother, Camille Rodriguez; fiancee, Selina Garley; son, Matthew Montoya III; daughter, Angelica Montoya; and brother, Jacob Montoya. Funeral Services for Matthew will be held on Monday, August 14, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Cruz, Andrew Montoya, Kenneth Montoya, Lawrence Montoya Jr., Thomas Zamora, Michael Zamora. Honorary Pallbearer will be Manuel Ruiz. Visitation for Matthew will be held on Sunday, August 13 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Mortuary Chapel. A Rosary will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St S.W.
