Obituary for Lucero

Frank Lucero, beloved father, husband, brother and friend to many, went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2000. He was born on January 29, 1943. He is survived by his wife, Erlinda Lucero; and two sons, Francisco Lucero and fiance, Melissa Martinez, and Steven Lucero, all of Albuquerque; four sisters, Priscilla Lujan and husband, Toby, Mary Lou Gonzales and Tito Sandoval, Doris Mora, Libby Martinez and husband, Gene; four brothers, Bobby Lucero, Henry Lucero And wife, Rose, Tony Lucero and wife, Andrea, Michael Lucero and wife, Lila. He also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews, and numerous relatives and friends. Many loyal and devoted relatives and friends stood by his side during his lengthy illness. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, at San Felipe de Neri Church, 2005 N, Plaza NW. A Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Monday, at San Felipe de Neri Church. A Burial will Follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers are Francisco Lucero, Steven Lucero, Andy Tafoya, Andy Tafoya Jr., Bobby Tafoya, and Joseph Tafoya. Honorary pallbearer will be Lawrence Mora.
