Nicanor Nick Gallegos, 66, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, November 11, 2000. He is survived by his daughter, Daisy Cornelison and husband, Marty of Los Lunas; four grandchildren, James Maestas of Rio Rancho, Elaine Maestas, Eric Cornelison and Marty Cornelison Jr., all of Los Lunas; two great-grandaughters, Tercilla Wright of Los Lunas, and Merceydez Maestas of Rio Rancho; three sisters, Clara G. Cook, Flora Garcia and Hilda Griego and husband, Jimmy; and brothers, Eddie Gallegos and Joe Gallegos, all of Albuquerque. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Drive S.W., with Father Jack Clark Robinson O.F.M., Celebrant. Private disposition will take place. Pallbearers will be Leonard Salazar, Gilbert Trujillo, Larry Greigo, James Maestas, Alex Salazar and Eddie Gallegos. French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. N.E.
