Obituary for Freidline

Everett L. Freidline, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1955, died on Saturday, October 14, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Freidline; sons, Roger Freidline and wife, Alice of Midland, TX and Glenn Freidline and wife, Marsha of Aztec, NM; grandsons, Greg and Eric Freidline of Midland and Dean and Scott Freiaturday, October 14, 2000 at the Good Samaritan Center, Olathe. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, at the First Lutheran Church, Paola. Burial will follow the services in the Paola Cemetery, Paola, Kansas. Friends may call 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, prior to the services at the church. Bertha was born June 10, 1916 in Gay Hill, Texas to Henry and Melinda Meyer. When she was eight years the family moved to a farm outside of Granite, Oklahoma where she grew up and attended high school. Bertha was united in marriage to Berthold Graumann on August 14, 1936 in Granite, Oklahoma and together they became the proud parents of one daughter, Joan. In 1945, they moved to Albuquerque where they made their home for several years before moving to Olathe, Kansas in 1998. While in Albuquerque, Bertha attended Nursing School where she received her LPN license. She worked for ten years as a Private Duty Nurse before retiring. Bertha enjoyed crocheting, gardening and spending time with her family. Besides her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by one sister, Clara Meyer; one grandson, Joel Kluhsman and one granddaughter-in-law, Katherine Kluhsman. Survivors include her beloved husband, Berthold Graumann of Paola; her daughter, Joan Kluhsman and her husband, Merrill of Paola; sister, Erna Paul and her husband, Bob of Albuquerque; three grandchildren, Paula Le Doux and her husband, mark of Espanola, NM, Nathan Kluhsman of San Diego, CA, and Mark Kluhsman of Reed Springs, MO; two great-grandchildren, Samuel and Nicholas Le Doux of Espanola, NM.
