Obituary for Hanna

Billy M. Hanna, 60, beloved husband, daddy, and Papa, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 7, 2000. He is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-eights years, Mary Ramirez-Hanna; daughter, Angel Alarcon; son-in-law, Rito; and grandchildren, Dominic, Jennifer, Aja-Marie, Holly-Ann and Laci; son, Danny, daughter-in-law, Linda and grandchildren, Jacob and Mikey; son, Jimmy, daughter-in-law, Debbie and grandchildren, Gabriella; daughter, Suzi and grandchildren, and Vanessa and Erik; daughter, Terri. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Alisa and Dominic and his sisters, Barbara J. Hanna and Janet M. Savage and husband, John; numerous nieces and nephews, and close friend, Ted Brawley. Billy was employed by General Electric for twenty-two years and was the current shop steward for Local #794 Machinist Union. Visitation for Billy will commence on Monday, January 10, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Avenue SE, presided by Deacon Andy Chavez. The Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, January 11, at 10:00 a.m. Queen of Heaven, 5311 Phoenix NE followed by the Burial at Mount Calvary, 1900 Edith NE with Father Johnny-Lee Chavez. The pallbearers will be Rito Alarcon, Bob Ryan, Richard Verderame, Greg Osborne, Richard Quintero, Gil Gonzales; the Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Jackson, Raymond Martinez, Eric Osborne, Thomas M. Romero, John Savage and Art Montoya. We love and miss you so, so much, Daddy!
