David L. Bickett, 44, a resident of Eagle Nest, NM, died Monday, January 7, 2002. He is survived by his daughter, Vanessa Santos and husband, Richard, of Austin, TX; son, David Bickett, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; mother, June Bickett of Albuquerque; brother, Mark Bickett and wife, Jeanette of Coos Bay, OR and Brian Bickett, and wife, Barbara, of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Susan Roby of Phoenix, AZ, Amy Bickett of Paint Rock, TX and Donna Post and husband, Glen, of Albuquerque; numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sons, David Anthony Bickett and Adam Bickett and father, Robert Bickett. He was a warm, loving, gifted father, son, brother, and friend. David loved nature and was an avid fisherman. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Thursday, January 10, 2002, 10:30 a.m., French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. A Memorial Mass will be held in Eagle Nest, NM, at St. Mel's Catholic Church, 11:00 am, Saturday, January 12, 2002 with Father Brasher, Celebrant.
