Marie Catherine Ray, a resident of New Mexico for 81 years, died Wednesday, January 15, 2002. She is survived by sister, Mary Ray of NM; brother, Anthony Graff of NM; brother-in-law, Charles W. Ray of NM; nieces, Melissa Damon and Michel Ray of NM; also many nieces and nephews. Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Ted Ray in 1996. She and her husband owned and operated the Ya-ta-hey Trading Post for 47 years at Bluewater Lake, NM. Graveside Services will be Friday, January 18, 2002, 10:30 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, New Mexico. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
