Irene CalderĒn Burcio, 74, resident of Antioch, California, passed away in her home on January 20, following a brief illness. She is survived by her husband, Julian"Notchie" Burcio; her daughter, Rebecca Leathers; son, Jim, and his wife, Donna; and her grandchildren, Jennifer and Lindsey Burcio. She is also survived by her sister, Angelina CalderĒn Torres, a longtime resident of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her parents, Basilio and Josefa CalderĒn; and her five brothers, Tony, Manuel, Pete, Nick and Bobby. The CalderĒn family originally moved to Albuquerque from Morley, Colorado, in 1932.
