Mary Patricia Blazick, born March 25, 1915 in Gary Indiana, formerly of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Jan. 31, 2002 in Green Valley, Arizona. Present to help her make the transition were her children, Richard Blazick and wife, Carole of Green Valley, Carole Updegrove and husband, Alan of Oscoda Mi., and Gayle Tiemeyer of Houston, Texas. Missing their dear Nana will be grandchildren, Cassie Jones, Leisha Blazick, Stephen Blazick, Ansel Updegrove Aaron Updegrove and Scott Tiemeyer; along with great-grandchildren, Corey Jones, Aidan, Avery and Ashleigh Updegrove. She will dearly be missed by her sister Josephine Yards and husband, Albin of Albuquerque. Mary was a resident of Albuquerque since 1950. She and her husband, Steven, were both Realtors where they worked side by side in their own Real Estate company. Mary was active in the Albuquerque Board of Realtors and the Women's Council. She was a member of Risen Savior Catholic Church. Mary will be interred Tuesday at the Gate of Heaven Mausoleum where she will join her husband Steven who preceded her in death 22 years ago. The family requests no flowers and any contributions be used to do something joyful in Mary's memory with your loved ones.
