Mrs. Tomie S. Montoya, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother died Monday, March 11, 2002 in Albuquerque at the age of 75. Mrs. Montoya is survived by her husband, Leo S. Montoya; sons, Squirrel, Danny, Abie and wife, Pat, and Larry and wife, Theresa Montoya; daughters, Sandy Sabry, Betty Wheat, and Kathy Romero and husband, Tim; sister, Cecilia Lucero; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A Rosary for Mrs. Montoya will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services for Mrs. Montoya will be held on Thursday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Danny Montoya Jr., Freddy Rael, Rick Wheat, Louie Montoya, Gilbert Montoya, Mike Montoya and Eloy Montoya.
