Odessa Davis, 80, a resident of Albuquerque for 51 years, died Monday, March 11, 2002. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, John R. Davis; son, Terry Davis and wife, Beverly; two grandsons, Michael and Bobby Davis, all of Albuquerque; two brothers, Rex Eaves and Rip Eaves; one sister, Adele Melton; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces; and many close friends and neighbors. Services will be held Friday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rev. Clyde Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
