Paul Frederick Bahr, 81, a former longtime Albuquerque resident, died Monday, March 11, 2002 in Scottsdale, AZ. He is survived by a son, Randall Bahr and wife, Rebecca; granddaughter, Naomi Pier, all of Scottsdale, AZ. His wife, Georgia Bahr, preceded him in death in 1987. Mr. Bahr lived in Albuquerque from 1953 until moving to Scottsdale four years ago. Mr. Bahr was retired from Sandia Labs in 1986 after 33 years service. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2002, at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Chaplain Lemuel Boyles officiating. Entombment will follow at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lovelace Hospice Program, 5655 Jefferson NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
