Rev. Dr. David Boyd Teague, age 69, died March 15, 2002 at the Veterans Medical Center in Albuquerque. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mamie Gaffney Teague; children, Davin, David Jr., Joseph, Vernon, Jerri, Karla, Shelia, and Derrick; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other family and friends who loved and will miss him. A visitation will be held in the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW., on Friday, March 22, 2002 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1201 Arno SE., on Saturday, March 23, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. The Graveside Funeral Service and Burial will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Monday, March 25, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. with Military Honors.
