Richard Nelson, 62, a 21-year resident of Albuquerque died Wednesday, March 20, 2002. He is survived by his sons, Karl Nelson and wife, Jolene and Jimmy Nelson, all of Albuquerque; Dr. Steven Nelson and wife, Jena of Las Cruces, NM and Dr. David Nelson and wife, Nancy of Houston, and Scott Nelson and wife, Tonya of Albuquerque; two sisters; one brother; and 10 grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Monday, March 25, 2002, 3:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Rev. Guy Lynch officiating.
