Daniel H. Jaynes, 81, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 25, 2002. He is survived by his wife Betty Jaynes; daughter, Mary Jaynes of Albuquerque; two sons, Joe Jaynes of Thorndale, TX and Jim Jaynes and wife, Sharon of Albuquerque; and six grandchildren. Mr. Jaynes was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Navy, and was a Purple Heart recipient. Dan was a member of Northdale Baptist Church and the Gideons International. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at Northdale Baptist Church, 123 Osuna NW, with Pastor Ron Mansdoerfer officiating.
