Joseph Michael Fanelli, 85, passed away unespectedly on Tuesday, March 26, 2002. Joe is survived by his wife of 54 years, Grace Famelli. Joe and Grace shared an undying life together, which will be an inspiration to family and friends forever. Jos is also survived by three daughters, Jo-Ann Hood, Lu-Ann Wulff, and Dianne McKenna; six grandchildren, Joseph Hood, Brian Hood, Candice, Hailey, Jordan, and Brooke McKenna, one great-granddaughter, Jillian Hood, and one on the way. He was preceded in death by one grandson, William Joseph Hood, age 10. Visitation will be held today, Thursday, March 28, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, and tomorrow, Friday, March 29, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Rio Rancho. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 30, 2002 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Cremation will take place following services and the Committal Service will be on Tuesday, April 2, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. in Vista Verde Memorial Park with Military Honors by the NM Honor Guard.
