Melvin R. Beitler, 89, born in St. Johns, KS on January 6, 1913 and a resident of Albuquerque since 1991, expired Tuesday, April 2, 2002. He is survived by his son, Rick Beitler; his daughter, Catherine Leming; five grandchildren, Byron Leming, Charissa Browne, Taralyn Amen, Becca Beitler and Brad Beitler; and three great-grandchildren, Gabriella Browne, Isabelle Browne and Luke Amen. Mr. Beitler was a Master Mason and a lifetime member of Byers Lodge #152 A.F. & A.M. He will be missed. We love you, Pop. Thanks for everything! Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2002, at 5:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
