Elwood G. Webb, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, April 7, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Gertrude Webb of Albuquerque; sons, Dr. Michael D. Webb and wife, Johanna of Los Alamos, John C. Webb of Rio Rancho and Major Erik C. Webb and wife, Redesta of Monterey, CA; daughters, Dorothy A. Robertson and husband, Dr. Mark of Riverside, CA, Mary C. Zack and husband, James of Vancouver, WA and Veronica James of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Michael, Susanne, Jason, Joshua, James, Luke, Emily, Christina, Shaylee and Michaela. Mr. Webb served his country in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, before retiring in 1964 as a Master Sergeant. He attended Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church and was a 4th degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 12, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church, 8901 Candelaria NE. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association of New Mexico, 525 San Pedro NE, Suite 101, 87108. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
