Michael D. Hawley, 44, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, April 14, 2002. He is survived by his son, Eric Hawley of Albuquerque; daughter, Jennifer Hawley of Albuquerque; sister, Karen Swain and husband, Lamont of West Branch, MI. Michael loved the mountains, hiking, rock climbing, and he competed in the Mount Taylor Quad. He was active in the United Way fundraising campaign. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2002, 11:00 a.m., at St. John's United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona St. NE, with Rev. Charlie Price officiating.
