David Baird Bowen was born on November 25, 1943. David left this world peacefully on April 29, 2001 at his Galveston, TX home. He is survived by is adoring wife, Virginia of Galveston, TX; his father, William Bowen and wife, Ruth; his mother, Juanita Bowen, all of Albuquerque; son, Devin of California; brother, Dennis Bowen and wife, Gayle of Katy, TX; brother, Dale Bowen and wife, Libby of Albuquerque; nieces and nephews, Stepphanie and Blake of Katy, TX, Christy and Adam of Albuquerque. David touched and healed many people in his life. He worked as a guidance counselor for the past 15 years, assisting others to regain their lives. One never dies unless he is forgotten but David will never be forgotten as he will always live in our hearts. Cremation has taken place.
