E. Lee Norris, 70, of Albuquerque, died Saturday, June 8, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Pat; children, Lee, Jr. and wife, Donna, Velda and husband, Bill Eckhardt and Bud and wife, Michelle; four grandchildren, Shawn Norris, Jessica, Ashley and William Eckhardt; cousins, Connie Blake and Charles Norris and a number of cousins spread over MO, TX and OK. Mr. Norris was born in Mountainair, NM and moved to Estancia where he spent his school years. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1951 spending the full four years at Williams Air Force Base, AZ. Cremation has taken place. A reception will be held Friday, June 14, 2002, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Hospice, 8300 Constitution NE, 87110.
