Lt. Col. Colon Howard Glover Jr. (USAF) retired, age 83, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 23, 2002 in San Antonio, TX. He was born in Roswell, NM on April 30, 1918 to Anna (Speets) and Colon Howard Glover Sr. Lt. Col. Glover is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Verna Lee Glover; son, Larren A. Glover; and two grandchildren, Zechariah Glover and Erica Rae Glover; sisters, Helen Ruth Williammee and Joan Turk. Memorial gifts may be made to Albuquerque Christian Children's Home, 5700 Winterhaven NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
