Obituary for Fink

Merle D. Fink, U.S. Army, retired, age 74, a resident of Albuquerque for 30 years passed away quietly in his home on June 19, 2002. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kiyoko Fink, who passed away May 2001. He is survived by his loving son, Jay Fink; ex-daughters-in-law, Margaret Fink and Janet; grandchildren, JayLene Fink, Jayson Fink of Albuquerque and Johnnathon of Roswell; sisters-in-law, Viola Blaney of Loveland, CO, Marna Fujimoto, Mey Miura and Homi Miura of San Leandro, CA, H.E. Miura of Sacramento, CA; brother-in-law, Hiro Fujimoto of San Leandro, CA. He was a Vietnam Veteran spending three tours in Vietnam, one tour in France and one tour in Germany. He moved to Albuquerque in 1972 where he was a sanitation engineer at the VA Hospital until 1986. He will be remembered in loving thoughts and memories by all who knew him.
