Virgina Yocum, age 76, and a lifelong resident of Albuquerque died July 3, 2002. Survivors include daughter, Katherine Cline of TX; son, John Cawley of NM; sister Dorothy Bennett of NM; grandchildren, Brandon Cline, Deward Yocum II, Edward Willis Jr., David Willis and Steven Willis; six great-grandchildren. Virginia was an avid reader and a member of the Mountain Christian Church. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Sunday July 7, 2002 at Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave SE. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday July 8, 2002 NM at Mountain Christian Church 12242 N. Hwy 14 Cedar Crest, NM with Frank Malizzo officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the directions of Strong-Thorne Mortuary.
