Obituary for Alirez

Herman Nelson Alirez, age 41 passed away July 24, 2002 in Albuquerque. Herman was born November 6, 1960 in Clovis, NM to the home of Paul and Camren Romero. He was reared and attended schools in Corona. Herman was residing in Albuquerque where he was a self employed Jack of all trades and master of None. He loved riding his Harley Motorcycle and he loved to work. Herman married Nita Smith on January 28, 1983 in Albuquerque. He is preceded in death by his Biological father Paul Romero; and his adopted parents Arturo and Rumalda Alirez. Survivors include his biological mother Carmen Romero of Corona, NM; his wife Nita Alirez; son Matthew Ray Alirez; and his daughter Samantha Jo Alirez. Also surviving are his brothers and sisters Paul Jr. Alirez, Danny Romero, Michael Romero, Jessie Romero, Tony Romero, George (Eddy) Romero, Maria Dearing, Alvina Holleyman and JoAnna Holliefield; along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends and relatives. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 29 at 11:00 am from the Corona Cemetery in Corona, NM with Mr. Cal West officiating. Serving as Pallbearers are Paul Jr. Alirez, Michael Romero, Jessie Romero, Tony Romero, George (Eddy) Romero, Lon Holleyman and Chris Dearing. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer is Danny Romero.
