Donald Wayne Bauder, age 73, and an Albuquerque resident of 45 years died August 14, 2002. Survivors include his spouse, Shirley T. Bauder of Albuquerque; daughter, Dana Bauder-Ortiz and husband Steve of Phoenix, AZ; son, D. Mark Bauder of the Washington D.C. area; brother, Warren Bauder and wife, Wanda of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Nicole Christine Ortiz and Alyssa Michelle Ortiz. Don was retired from Sandia National Laboratories as an Engineer, he was an avid golfer, photographer and loved to travel. Cremation will take place at Fairview Park Crematory. A gathering of family and friends will held Sunday August 18, 2000 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the family home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
