Edwina Armijo, born July 5, 1935, went to meet the Lord on Tuesday, August 13, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Ricardo Armijo of Albuquerque; sons, Greg Armijo and wife, Dorothy of Albuquerque, Don Armijo and wife, Debbie of Rapid City, SD, and Martin Armijo and wife, Cheryl of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Vicente, Victoria, Rachel; mother Corine Martinez of Albuquerque; sister, Joy Garcia of Santa Fe, NM; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Armijo was loved by many family and friends and will be greatly missed. Rosary will be recited Sunday, August 18, 2002, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Monday, August 19, 2002, 9:00 a.m., at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE, with Father Tom Zotter, Celebrant. Interment will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Arrangements by French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
