Robert"Plumber" Marquez died Sunday, September 8, 2002 at the age of 38. Robert will be remembered as a kindhearted, loving and friendly man. He is survived by his father, Rupert Marquez; mother, Grace Montes; step-father, Ray Montes; daughter, Pamy Marquez; brother, Joseph Marquez; sisters, Laura Hernandez and Pamela Marquez; special nieces, Melissa Marrufo, Valerie Herrera and Renee Pertner; and many other nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Services for Robert will be held on Thursday at The Hub at Calvary of Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna NE, where the Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gus Cardenas, Michael Marrufo, Schaun Pertner, Jessie Mechado, Anthony Villanueva, and Carl Straw. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Maestas and Stephanie Herrera. Visitation for Robert will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
