Mrs. Valentina Crespin died Friday, September 20, 2002 in Albuquerque at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her husband, Castulo Crespin; daughter, Armelia Martinez; and two sons, Pedro Crespin and Ernesto Crespin. Mrs. Crespin is survived by her children Lucio Crespin, Marino Crespin, Henry Crespin and wife, Romie, all of San Antonito, Betty Jinzo and Lupe of Tijeras, Annabel Perez and husband, Ray of Albuquerque, Carmen Crespin and Larry Garcia of Cedar Crest, and Christina Crespin of San Antonito. She is also survived by one sister, Ramona Chavez of Albuquerque; 28 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Crespin will be held on Monday at San Antonito Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the San Antonito Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lucio Crespin, Marino Crespin, William Lucero, Gilbert Perez, Lupe Jinzo and Albino Martinez. A Rosary for Mrs. Crespin will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
