Josephine Lucero passed away Sunday morning, September 29, 2002 at 7:00 a.m. after a short illness. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Lucero; son, George J. Lucero and wife, Gloria and Steve Lucero and wife, Sharon; grandchildren, Steven and Brandy Lucero, Matthew Lucero and Symone Lucero; and two great-grandchildren, Charles and Issac Lucero. She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Lucero in 2000 and a grandson, Charles Lucero. Josephine was a long time member of San Ignacio Catholic Church. Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. today at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
