John Milton Wahlenmaier, 92, formerly of Albuquerque. Memorial Services will be held on October 10, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. atthe First Baptist Church in Arkansas City, Kansas. Tom Clark of Wichita, KS will be officiating. Mr. Wahlenmaier had been living in Tyler, Texas since his retirement from Sandia Corporation. He died on September 27, 2002 at a Health Center near Tyler. Mr. Wahlenmaier was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie, in January 2000; and also by his son, Jess Edward, in January 1996. Jess was also from Albuquerque. Survivors include Elaine Holloway and her husband, Kit, of Tyler, Texas; three grandchildren, Cheryl Cain, Lance Holloway, and Dawn Williams. He also had six great-grandchildren.
