Juanita Manzanares, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963, died Thursday, October 3, 2002. She is survived by her sons, Ray Manzanares and wife, Irma of Houston, TX, Ted Manzanares and wife, Marie and Ernie Manzanares, all of Albuquerque; daughter, Pat Saiz and husband, Louie of Tijeras; grandchildren, Rudy Cantu, Shannon Manzanares, Gina Manzanares, Angelo Saiz, Jamie Saiz, Evangeline Manzanares, Briana Manzanares and Lorenzo Manzanares; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Marcos Salazar and wife, Adelina of Corrales and Roy Salazar and wife, Charlotte of Indio, CA; and sisters, Clara Rodriquez of Santa Fe and Clorinda of Connecticut. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Felipe Manzanares; and daughters, Thelma Manzanares and Eileen Saiz. Special thanks to Keva Zellermayer. Rosary will be recited Sunday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW, with Father Joe Vigil, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Angelo Saiz, Albert Saiz, Andrew Salazar, Mel Salazar, Fidel Salazar and David Salazar.
