Fay S. Combs, 77, a resident of Belen for three years, died Thursday, October 3, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Beulah Combs of Los Lunas; son, Johnny Combs and wife, Jackie of Indio, CA; daughter, Rhonda Leonard and husband, Vincent of Los Lunas; grandchildren, Jeffrey Leonard, US Army, Ft. Carson, CA, Sean Leonard and Kimberly Leonard, both of Los Lunas, John Combs, Janine Combs, both of San Diego, CA and Dean Combs and wife, Sherry of Lancaster, CA; great-grandchildren, Damien Combs, Jaelyn Combs, Christina Gamble and Rebecca Gamble; brother, Gary Combs; sister, Bernice Anderson, both of Mesa, AZ; daughter-of-the-heart, Marian Leonard of Camp Verde, AZ. He was preceded in death by his son, Danny Combs. Mr. Combs was a member of the Teamsters Union for over 30 years. Services will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2002, at 11:00 a.m., at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE, with Pastor Bruce Wilder officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Monday, October 7, 2002, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
