Charles"Chuck" Hubert Linville, 63, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 16 years, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2002. Chuck was born May 31, 1939 the son of Hubert Robison and Rebecca Jean Caplinger Linville in Greensburg, Indiana. Chuck had been a mail carrier with the United States Postal Service before retiring. Chuck was known as"Dad" of Chris-n-Dad's Baseball Card and Sports Shop at Montano Plaza from 1990 to 1993. He is survived by his wife, Janet"Kelli" Linville of the family home; three children, Leslie Jackson and husband, Teron of Florida, Tracie Walker and husband, Mike of Florida, and Christopher Linville and Lisa Masters of Rio Rancho; one sister, Mary Linville of Indiana; ten grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Chuck was an"adoptive" Dad to numerous friends. The Visitation for Chuck will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2002 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, with a Graveside Service at 2:00 PM in Vista Verde Memorial Park.
