Obituary for Ehrman

Edward F. Ehrman, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, died Wednesday, November 6, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, I. M. Ehrman of Cedar Crest, NM; daughters, Diana Lynn and husband, Richard L. S. Herrera, of Sandia Park, NM and Beverly Ann and husband, Doug R. Gould, of Ruidoso, NM; 3 grandchildren, Brian Eugene Herrera of New Haven, CT, Saudi E. T. Herrera of Boston, MA, April Gould Ontiveres and husband, Carlos Ontiveres of Ruidoso, NM; sister, Irene McMann of Cedar Rapids, IA and 3 brothers, Harry Ehrman of Main Amana, IA, Willard Ehrman of Cedar Rapids, IA and Lloyd Ehrman of St. Paul, MN. Mr. Ehrman was a 30-year employee with Sandia National Labs and was one of the scientists developing space exploration through his work with connectors and transistors. He was a witness to the first Cape Canaveral shot as his work was on board. Services will be held Monday, November 11, 2002, 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE with Dr. Russell C. Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Friends may visit Sunday, November 10, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel.
