Obituary for Sample

Jack S. Sample, age 63, and a resident of Albuquerque for 32 years, died at home November 14, 2002. Mr. Sample practiced architecture in Albuquerque from 1970 to 2001. He was preceded in death by his father Frank J. Sample and brother Frank C. Sample and is survived by his wife Penny Sample; daughter Tiffany Sample Fiser and son-in-Iaw Robert Fiser; granddaughters Alexandra, Caroline, and Cassidy Fiser of Albuquerque; son Rick Sample and daughter-in-Iaw Sharon; granddaughter Megan of Phoenix, AZ.. Mr. Sample is also survived by his mother Helen Sample; aunt and uncle Faye and Virgil Coley and Tom Kiser of Argonia, KS.. In the final weeks of his illness, he said, with deep conviction, There is always hope". The family invites you to join them in a celebration of Jacks life by attending a memorial service at St. Michael and all Angels Episcopal Church, 601 Montano Rd. NW. on Friday, November 22, 2002 at 1:OOpm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be sent to St. Michaels Memorial fund, 601 Montano Rd, NW. Albuq., NM. 87107.
