Laura P. Atkins, 64, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, November 14, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie D. Atkins Sr. of Albuquerque; daughter, Eleanor Griego and husband, Felix of Corrales; son, Anthony Pino and wife, Abby of Zia Pueblo, NM; daughters, Rachel Jaramillo of Belen, Christina Atkins of Albuquerque, Reyes Pino of Zia Pueblo, NM and Sheila Waters of Albuquerque; son, Jimmie D. Atkins Jr. of Albuquerque; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Katherine Pino of Zia Pueblo, NM. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, November 19, 2002, at 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Services will follow at 11:30 a.m. also at French Mortuary. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Monday, November 18, 2002, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
