Edward Gurule, passed away at 5:20 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2002. He was born on April 8, 1924 in Pena Blanca, New Mexico. He is resting at peace awaiting Jesus return. He is survived by his wife, Fidelia"Della" Gurule; daughter, Nancy Baca, Carlo Gonzalez of Alb., NM; son, Daniel Gurule and wife, Mary Lou of Sapello, NM; daughter, Annette Kay and Doug Williams of Alb., NM; granddaughter, Suzette Cohn and husband, Amos Cohn of Taos, NM; granddaughter, Eileen Lucero and David Kerr of Alb., NM; grandsons, Marty Maestas and Eric Kay of Alb., NM; great-grandchildren, Joshua Cohn, Juanita Cohn all of Taos, NM and Angela Montoya and her husband, Lucas of Taos, NM; Chantelle Lucero of Alb., NM; Vanesa Lucero of Alb., NM; great-great grandchildren, Anthony Montoya, Lauren Montoya, Gabriel Maestas and Allen Portellos. Edward will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him. A rosary will be recited Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
