M. Lee Friedland, 48, a resident of Edgewood, NM, passed away Friday, November 29, 2002 at her home. She was born June 19, 1954 to George Robinson and Robin Jean McClendon in Forrest City, Arkansas. Lee married David E. Friedland September 29, 1993 in Albuquerque, NM. Lee is survived by her loving husband, David Friedland; father, George Robinson; mother, Robin Jean Fayter; son, Elliott Fernandez; daughter, Robin Fernandez; grandson, James Roger Baca; brothers, Michael and wife, Kasey Fayter, and William Fayter; sister, Lynn Robinson; step-sister, Karen Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Melody Fernandez. A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, December 2, 2002-11:00 a.m. at the Mountain Valley Cemetery in Edgewood, NM with Jack Smith officiating. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM 832-6130.
