Obituary for Schieber

Gigi Schieber died peacefully, with loved ones at her side, went home to our Lord on Nov. 30th at the age of 51. Born in La Junta, Co. on Dec 7,1950, Gigi moved to Albuquerque in 1976 and has been a resident of the East Mountains since 1978. Gigi is preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Joan Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Wayne; son, Eric and wife Jessica; grandchildren, Gabriel, Sydney, Zackery, Ashlyn, Conner; stepdaughters Jeannie and Heather; two sisters; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews. Gigi was a free spirit who loved birds,winter snow, Harleys, tattoos and playing with kids. Gigi spent countless hours in volunteer work. Gigi was a woman of principle, determination,courage,& inner strength. She was a generous & loving person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
