Obituary for Palmer

Chad J. Palmer, Master Sergeant, USMC Retired, resident of Bernalillo, passed away Friday, December 6, 2002. Chad was born in Sargent, Nebraska. Chad is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Chad J. Palmer Jr.; sister, Sandra Franks and husband, Don, and family; stepson, Larry Olson and family. Chad served in the US Marines during World War II during the Pacific Island Invasions; The Philippine Liberation; the Aleutian Islands; China; Inchon, Korea; Seoul Korea; the Wonisan, Hungnam Chosen Campaign North Korea; and in south and central Korea. After retirement Chad owned and operated pack stations in the Sierras. After selling those he bought and sold antique carpenter tools. In accordance with Chad's wishes there will be no services.
