Mrs. Maria A. Serda Griego died Sunday, December 23, 2001 in Albuquerque at the age of 67. Mrs. Griego is preceded in death by her brother, Isidro Serda. She is survived by her daughter, Dena Griego of Albuquerque; and brothers, Carlos Serda and wife, Lydia of Albuquerque, Julian Serda and wife, Dorothy of Austin, TX, Johnny Serda and wife, Rhonda of Tracy, CA, and George Serda of Sacramento, CA. Funeral Services for Mrs. Griego will be held on Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Serda, Ernest Serda, Sidro Serda, Victor Serda, Robert Chavira and Albert Nunez. Honorary pallbearers will be mark Serda and Ruben Serda. A Rosary for Mrs. Griego will be recited on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
