Robert Kenneth Cardin, age 54, a resident of Monument, CO, went to be in the presence of his Heavenly Father on Monday, September 10, 2001. Bob is survived by his wife, Velia Amparo Rivas-Cardin of Monument, CO; sons, Sergio Torres of Scottsdale, AZ, and Adrian Torres of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Jean Pascucci and husband, Bob of Holliston, MA; brother, Paul Rousseau and wife, Connie of Arlington, TX; also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bob was a member of The United Methodist Church, the Walk to Emmaus and The Harley Owners Group. A Service of Death and Resurrection will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2001 at First United Methodist Church at 4th & Lead SW with Rev. Dr. Brooks Ambos officiant. Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE is entrusted to his arrangements.
