Ruby Jean Kitchell Baxter, 71, a 59-year resident of Albuquerque went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 14, 2001. She is survived by her son, Thomas L. Baxter of Albuquerque; sister, Dora Nell Wimpy and husband, Ken of Aztec, NM; one grandchild, Dana Baxter of Albuquerque; and one great-grandchild, Jeremy Baxter of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Baxter in 1973; one grandchild, Daniel Baxter in 1997 and her parents, Luther and Dora Kitchell. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Services will be held Friday, March 16, 2001, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Dr. Larry E. Kennedy officiating.
