Obituary for Black

Otilia (Tillie) M. Black, 64, a resident of Albuquerque for 12 years, died Wednesday, March 14, 2001. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Santiago (Jim) Black of Albuquerque; sons, Mark Black and wife, Barbara of San Antonio, TX, and Matthew Black of Albuquerque; grandson, Joshua Black of San Antonio, TX; brother, Tony Vasquez of San Antonio; and aunts, Delfina Baladez and Wilhemina Vasquez, both of San Antonio, TX. Mrs. Black was an active member and past president of the University Hospital Service League. She was also active with developing the Milagro Program at UNM Hospital. Mrs. Black was a member of San Felipe de Neri Church where she served as a reader and greeter. Rosary will be recited Friday, March 16, 2001, 7:00 p.m., at San Felipe de Neri Church, 2005 Plaza NW, Old Town, with Deacon Bob Lewis reciting. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 17, 2001, 10:00 a.m., at San Felipe de Neri Church, with Monsignor Leo Lucero, Celebrant and Deacon Bob Lewis assisting.
