Francis F.A., 77, passed away February 13, 2001 in Los Chavez, NM. He was born in Mills, NM and was raised in Springer, NM. He served in the Army Air Corps as a Belly Gunner in WWII. He worked for the Santa Fe Railroad and was the owner of Southwest Mobil Home Repair. He is survived by his children, Mike Howell, Bobby Howell, Susan Howell-Davis, and step-son, Jim Lantz and wife Lu; grandchildren, Josh Howell-Davis, Molly Howell-Davis, Shawna Howell; sisters, Alta Hatton and Wilma Berlier and husband, Oscar; brother-in-laws, Wayne Hagemeier and Earl Tiley; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved and will miss his wit and especially his wonderful sense on humor. Services will be held at Albuquerque Bible Church, 320 Montano NW, on Tuesday, February 20, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. with Ken Goode officiating. Burial is to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
