Rose C. Candelaria, 86, a resident of Albuquerque passed away July 16, 2001 at home with her loved ones at her side. She is survived by her daughters, Carmen Salazar, Kathy Garcia Baca and husband, Ken Baca; two sisters, Filomena Garcia, and Celia Cordova; one brother, Willie Chavez; three granddaughters, Elaine Trujillo and husband, David, Mandy Perales, and Antoinette Salazar; four grandsons, Dominic, Mark, Kenny, and Kurtis; five great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2001. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2001. Burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Tapia, Dominic Perales, Martin Chavez, David Trujillo, Kenny Baca, and Mark Baca. Honorary Pallbearer will be Alfonso Perales.
